Inclusion

Inclusion isn't a project. It's a way of life.

At Optocentro, accessibility is evident in both the space and the people. The tactile paving guides those with low vision. The entrance ramp ensures that no one is left out. The lift chair allows clients with limited mobility to access the clinic on the -1 floor—because clinical care should have no physical barriers.

Our Coaching & Mentoring program helps people who are blind or have low vision develop independence, confidence, and new ways of engaging with the world. Personalized sessions, led with empathy and expert knowledge.

Our team includes a neuroatypical team member—because we believe that diversity makes any organization stronger, more creative, and more humane.

Better vision is everyone’s right. And we take that seriously.
